This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all purchases of original art prints, apparel, and other products sold through https://oddballviews.com/. Please read carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.
- Overview
We want you to be delighted with your Oddball Views purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the terms below.
- Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- You must request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.
- Custom or made-to-order pieces (e.g., personalized prints) cannot be returned unless defective.
- Sale items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund.
- How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@oddballviews.com with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- We’ll reply within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
- Pack the item securely—including the original box and packing materials—and write the RMA number prominently on the outside.
- Ship to the address provided in our RMA email. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@oddballviews.com.
- Include clear photos of the damage or error.
- We will cover shipping costs to have the item returned or arranged for local pickup.
- Upon inspection, we’ll send you a replacement or issue a full refund, including original shipping charges.
- Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection via email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
- Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- To exchange, follow the return procedure above and place a new order for the replacement item.
- We will refund or credit the difference in price, if any, once we receive your returned item.
- Shipping Returns
- Customer-Paid Returns: You cover shipping and any insurance. We recommend using a trackable service.
- Company-Paid Returns: For damaged/incorrect orders, we provide a prepaid return label.
- Optional Store Credit
If you prefer store credit over a refund:
- Indicate “Store Credit” in your return request.
- Once approved, we’ll issue a credit code valid for 12 months toward any future purchase.
